3. The other room may or may not be occupied at the time of your visit.
4. The room is spacious has lots of closet space and includes a dedicated desk, an Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer in the bathroom, and an extra portable fan
5. This room has an extra window AC in case of individual need (do not leave on when leaving the room for the day.
This home has ample space for singles, couples, or a group of friends visiting DC for work or pleasure, it has all the amenities you will need for a short or long stay.
We are perfectly situated near prime restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores.
The home’s first floor features a spacious living dining area, half bathroom, Kitchen, (with refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware, pots and pans as well as plates, bowls, eating utensils, coffee mugs, wine glasses and a Brita filter).
The living room has modern mid-century furniture, a round glass dining table for eating and a 50inch Smart TV that can be used to stream the most popular subscription services (guest will need to log in to their own subscription).
Tucked away in the back of the house is a beautiful deck for morning coffee or evening glass of wine, everything you need for a perfect stay.
The home has easily accessible to all points of interest, by walking, metro, or bus transportation, as well as scooters and capital city bike shares.
Guest access
Our living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city. You can sink into our sofas and watch your favorite shows on our large-screen TV or simply relax with a good book. If you need to catch up on some work during your stay, we have a designated work area where you can set up your laptop and get things done in peace and comfort.
Our dining room is a lovely space where you can enjoy your meals in style. The round table is available for you to enjoy a nice dining experience. And if you prefer to cook your own meals, our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up your favorite dishes.
Finally, we invite you to step outside and enjoy our beautiful deck, which is a great place to relax and soak up some sunshine. Whether you want to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, this outdoor oasis is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Other things to watch out for
2 Absolutely no smoking of anything inside the house.
3. Residential Street Parking Pass is available for those traveling by car, for an additional fee of $10/day. Must request 24-48 hours in advanced of arrival.
4. Early drop off of bags is allowed, you can also store your bags after checkout. Must be pre-arranged with the host.
5. The home was built in 1902, as can be expected of a house of this age part of the charm is some squeaky floors and stairs.
6. At any given time there might be 2-4 other guests in the home at the same time since there are 2 other rooms in the house.
7. The AC & Heat is controlled by a nest remotely. if you find yourself cold or hot just text the host, will be happy to adjust the temperature.
8. you are welcomed to enjoy the deck during your visit but it’s imperative that the door to the deck is never left open or ajar even when you are sitting on
the deck.
9. The Washer/Dryer is located in a closet on the Third floor, It's available FREE of charge to guest staying more than 5 days upon request. Must provide your own detergent. To operate the machines, simply place the detergent in the tray, close the door, and hit start.
10. The house and the rooms are properly disinfected between stays.
11. The main floor is shared space. When using the kitchen please clean up after yourself, don't leave dishes in the sink or on the counter at any
12. Please don't walk with high heel shoes on the main floor as there is a separate basement apartment below.
