Other things to watch out for
We require a deposit of $200 upon check-in. All staying guests will be issued a mobile key only after entering their credit/debit card details. This is an authorization hold and will be released within 7 working days of check-out, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Guests who do not provide a valid credit/debit card will not be able to check in.

Extensions are subject to availability and prevailing market prices upon request. Please note that extension requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in so that we can check availability.
All guests are required to download our mobile application and provide their passport upon check-in for guest registration and sign the registration form accepting the Terms and Conditions governing the stay. Check-in will not be allowed without a passport and completed registration form. We will require a copy of your passport.
Please note that due to the profile of our guests, Heritage Apartments has a strict policy of only hosting guests over the age of 18. During check-in and throughout your stay, any guest found to be under the age of 18 will be asked to vacate the property immediately. As this is a violation of our House Rules, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds.
All bookings are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable. If you fail to check-in by 12:00 pm the day after your initial check-in date, your booking will be treated as a "No Show". In case of no show, the full amount for the entire duration of the booking will not be refunded.
